SPOT REGISTRATION IS NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT LOCAL DELEGATES.
Candidates paying online via IMPS/NEFT needs to compulsorily upload payment proof along with the
registration form and online candidates will not be eligible for any of the the perquisite.
Only those attendees who are present at the conference venue will only be given the kit and other
conference perquisites.
Delegates have to pay additional INR 2000/- for each accompanying person against lodging and boarding.
Candidate staying extra would be charged as per the prevailing rates of Guest House / Hotel and additional
charges (if any).
A. Format
Article files should be provided in Microsoft Word format.
While you are welcome to submit a PDF of the document alongside the Word file, PDFs alone are not acceptable. LaTeX files
can also be used but only if an accompanying PDF document is provided. Acceptable figure file types are listed further
below.
B. Article Length / Word Count
Articles should be up to a maximum of 5000 words in length. This includes all text, for
example, the structured abstract, references, all text in tables, and figures and appendices
D. Biographies and acknowledgements
If you want to include these items, save them in a separate Microsoft Word document
and upload the file with your submission. Where they are included, a brief professional biography of not more than 100
words should be supplied for each named author
